PIN RELEASES FIVE POETRY COLLECTIONS FOR ITS CHAPBOOK SERIES
Poets in Nigeria (PIN) is pleased to announce the release of five poetry collections drawn from the maiden edition of PIN Chapbook Series tagged Rainbow of Voices.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Pamilerin Jacob is a young Nigerian poet & mental health enthusiast. His poem was shortlisted for the Ken Egbas Prize for Festival Poetry 2017. He writes to ease internal turmoil & also to shed light on the struggles of the mentally ill. Pamilerin’s writings have featured in the anthology “These Words Will Cure a Dead Man” by Sprinng Literary Movement 2016, 7th issue of the PIN Quarterly Journal, 2017, WRR Poetry, The Quill Babcock, Praxis Magazine amongst others. Some of his poems appear in the Best “New” African Poets 2017 Anthology, all under the name (Olawale Ibiyemi).
Patrick Utitufon lives in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State where he is a Legal Practitioner. His poem, ‘Homeless’ was longlisted for the 2017 Nigerian Students Poetry Prize (NSPP). He draws inspiration from experiences, music and reading.
Amina Ayodeji-Ogundiran is a mother of two lovely kids, from Kogi State, Nigeria, currently living in Maryland USA. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from Bowie State University, Maryland, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language from Bayero University Kano and hopes to pursue her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
Bayowa Ayomide Micheal is a writer, cinematographer, actor and young director. He studies Theatre Arts at the University of Ibadan. His poem “The Flood” was shortlisted for the 2017 Christopher Okigbo Inter-University Poetry Prize. His poem “How to Break-Loose From The Battle Field” was long-listed for the 2018 Nigerian Students Poetry Prize (NSPP).
Enang Godswill Stanislaus, born 12th February, 1998, hails from Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Uyo in Political Science and Public Administration in the year 2018. He was one of PIN Nigerian Students Poetry Prize (NSPP) awards beneficiary in the second edition of the contest in 2017, in which his poem When I Step The Hill came among the top 100 poems.
The PIN Chapbooks Series was initiated in October, 2018 to showcase the creative prowess of young Nigerian poets whilst documenting their views and opinions on contemporary issues.
