Call for Participation: PIN Storytelling Contest 2018
Storytelling is as old as human and remains the most effective tool of bonding used by our forefathers. In those days, stories have it that, people traveled from one community to the other, for the purpose of listening to great storytellers. Having the knowledge of a story doesn’t imbue one with the ability of telling it.
In light of the foregoing, promoting storytelling as a sellable art form, would certainly help in bringing out the best in many who may never know they could tell stories.
Accordingly, introduction of Storytelling towards building a crop of contemporary storytellers is an initiative that is geared to stimulating interests in one of humanity’s oldest art forms.
Do you have a story to tell in the most engaging manner? Do you know of any one who could help deliver your story or any story in a stand-up format? If your answer to both questions is YES, please get ready for what we are about to unfold. If your answer to the above is NO, be challenged to be part of this powerful initiative.
Guidelines
- Participation is open to everyone ready to tell a story
- Intending participants must be confident of enthralling/engaging any audience
- It mustn’t be a story written by the presenter
- Maximum of two stories could be entertained
- Participants are not judged by the number of stories told (a story well told, is okay)
