Poets in Nigeria (PIN) is pleased to announce Ifunanya Juliet Ottih as moderator, The Glassdoor Initiative – organisers of the popular PIN Poetically Written Prose Contest.
Ifunanya, who is the Assistant Secretary (intern) of Poets in Nigeria Initiative, Moderator of the PIN 10-Day Poetry Challenge, and the Pioneer Moderator of the PIN Connect Centers Poetry Writing Contest (CCPWC) is poised to up the remarkable feats achieved by the former moderator, Naseeba Babale, a one-time winner (runner-up) of the contest.
Prior to her appointment as moderator of The Glassdoor Initiative, Ifunanya worked assiduously to bolster the philosophy of PIN rooted in service to humanity.
She is expected to announce the Call for Submission of Poetically Written Prose for 2022 shortly.
PROFILE
Ifunanya Juliet Ottih, a Nigerian writer and poet, is the May 2021 most outstanding delegate of the 55.0 International Model United Nations Conference, the second prize winner of the Feb-Mar 2021 edition of the Brigette Poirson Poetry Contest (BPPC), and a 2018 finalist of the World Youth Essay Competition (WYEC). Her works have appeared in the Nigerian Students Poetry Prize (NSPP) 2020 anthology, The VAW Journal, as well as the 2020 PIN Annual Food Poetry Anthology.
